This 2002 edition was a great event, but not really on the competition side, since we had only one F3F round due to the lack of wind. But free flight was possible and we spent three days to catch thermal, land at the bottom of the hill, change of slope face several time in the day, winch launch on top of the hill, pylon racing with twin star, combat, aerobatics, SAL hand launch. 66 competitors were present: Slovakia (26 hours of car to come !!!), USA, Norway, England, Portugal and France. Lots of moulded gliders: Wizard compacts, Miraj, and Cobra were numerous, but we have been able to see the New Sting, the Caracho 3.1, the new 30.8 Miraj, or the Mojo.
