BILBAO GETXO 2003

international F3F Open


Here are some pictures of my trip to Bilbao/Getxo for the international F3F Open replacing every 2 years the Open of La muela. We were 45 competitors but finished at 35 after the English left to Madrid. During almost all the week end, we waited for the wind ... and finally at 3pm the saturday, it came, and we managed 3 rounds in 3 hours. The scenery is beautiful and slopes very sharp. With a good wind they are perfect spot for F3F.

You will also appreciate one picture on the brand new transmitter from Graupner/JR , the PCM14X using the latest technology available. 45 free mixer, frequency evasion system, Li-Cad batteries, etc ... all the finest solution available !

A big thank you to the organizers for this pleasant week-end, even they have been unlucky. Next time will be better !!!!
